How can I track my delivery/order?
To track the progress of your order visit: My Orders in the "My Account" section. Select the order you want to track. If an order has already been shipped, you can click "Tracking Number" for that order to find out when to expect delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have an account and checked out as a guest, you will need to wait for your order confirmation email to track your order.

f you checked out as a guest, and therefore don't have an account, you can track your order by waiting for your order confirmation email.
When you place an order with us, you receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation, the second is the shipping confirmation. On this second email is the link you need to track your order on the shipping company's site.

How do I make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for processing. This ensures that we are able to ship your order quickly so you get your products as soon as possible, but it also means we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
Can I change my payment details once my order has been submitted?
No, you are not able to change your payment details once your order has been submitted. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please see information on canceling your order.

Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been shipped already, you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you.
If your order has already been placed, it's best to call our customer care center at +30 216 8001 251 rather than e-mail. Our warehouse starts packing orders quickly to make sure your order arrives to you as fast as possible. We can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address (but we'll do our best!) so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.
